For the Staff

I think that staff shouldn't push friends or family members behind the desk. It isn't hard to sit with them where the patrons sit. Otherwise, the desk gets over-crowded and hurts peoples eyes. (It happens)

So please do not push your friends or family behind the desk where staff sit. You can easily sit where the patrons do or better yet, get your 'friend'/ 'family member' to buy a house!

I agree. I hate when that happens, and it's annoying. Plus, isn't that considered power abuse? Yeah, that's what I thought. xD So anyways, please try not to do it. ._.' I hate crowded spaces. The scares me, and a scared Scan consists allot of screaming. D:

OH! And another issue; tagging. Tag your emits. I saw that a few people weren't doing it and it's just infuriating. And if you don't know what that means, it means when you add your name at the end of what you said. So that way, we know who said what when emitting. :/

I didn't feel like making a seperate thread for this, so I'm doing it here. Mkay? Mkay. xD So anyways, this does not need to happen, I just thought it might help. Soap and I have agreed that this is actually a good idea over msn for those who wanna know, but nobody probably doesn't so that's just too bad.

Anyways, the suggestion is that we start making trial staff. People are instantly becoming full staff and that's not technacly a good idea because the minute someone becomes a full fledge staff member they feel like they have tons of power. And nobody deny it, we all feel that way. Anyways, so I was thinking that if people have to go through the process of being judged in the step, trail staff, we get a better thought of how they would act as real staff member. I don't know, to me it sounds like a good idea. :/ But whatever.

So, yeah, that's basiucally the suggestion we came up with. o.o Feel free to whisper, pm, or post here about the matter and your thoughts on it. =D

I think that is a really great idea!!! Ok lets say hypathetically Some gets hired and they are for trial staff to prove that they are good. So when she proves that she can be a good staff member what if the person then starts to spam?

Then we fire them and tell them they fail at life
